Chad Wiestling is the President and Founder of Black Label Sports Group with over 20 years experience in the business. He is a former captain of the University of Maryland football team where he was selected 1st team ALL-ACC academic. He also played four seasons professionally before returning to his alma mater to coach the Terrapins. He would later spend time working in the front office of two NFL teams. He is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association and is a Certified Contract Advisor for the NFL and CFL. He has represented players drafted in every round of the NFL draft along with a recent NFL free agent contract worth $86 million over 5 years with $53.5 million guaranteed.

Grant Lingafelter
Grant Lingafelter is a dynamic NFL agent, affiliated with Black Label Sports Group, known for his unwavering dedication, intelligence, and integrity. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from West Virginia University, Grant combines his academic prowess with on-field experience as a former NCAA Division 1 football player, earning multiple varsity letters on a full-athletic scholarship.
With a solid foundation in the sports industry, starting his career with Athletes First Sports Agency in 2019, Grant has elevated his professional journey by joining forces with Chad Wiestling and Angela Rypien at Black Label Sports Group. Hailing from Cleveland, Ohio, he currently splits his time between Los Angeles, CA, and Scottsdale, AZ.
He is consistently delivering unparalleled service and embodying the values of dedication, relatability, intelligence, honesty, drive, and class in his work within the realm of sports.

Angela Rypien
Inspired by her father’s amazing career, Mark Rypien, a Super Bowl winning MVP with the Washington Redskins, Angela brings a wealth of “on-field” experience to our team. As a former American quarterback herself, for the LFL, Ms. Rypien managed to make a name and build a career in a male-dominated industry.
Angela seeks to build on this success by leveraging her expertise and resources now “behind the scenes”. She says, “I know firsthand what athletes go through and exactly what it takes (to be an accomplished pro football player).” With over a decade of knowledge, she has worn many hats in the athletic world. Combined with being a fierce competitor, Angela is fueled by her passion and love for the game.

Bob Broderick
Bob handles the PR/Media for all of our NFL clients. He is the owner of RTB Media in New York City, which is a full-service public relations, marketing, and event hospitality firm. Not only does he work with elite athletes, but he has also worked with the FOX Sports Media Group, Sports Illustrated Media Group, and TV broadcasters such as Michael Strahan, Jay Glazer, and Brian Billick.

Mitch Schuster
Mitchell works in many practice areas, but for Black Label Sports Group clients, he provides legal counsel in the areas of Crisis Management and Entertainment & Sports. Mitchell is Partner at Meister Seelig & Fein, LLC in New York City, also serving as Chair of the Litigation Department. His vast experience in Entertainment & Sports includes NFL, NBA, NHL, MLB, recording artists, talent in the motion picture and television industries, to name a few.

Tommy Jacobs
Tommy is the founder and managing partner of Jacobs Cohen & Associates, a Nashville-based accounting firm, providing accounting, consulting and business management services to clients in a wide variety of industries. He works directly with Black Label Sports Group and advises their clients with all things tax related. Tommy brings more than 30 years of experience as a principal tax advisor and business manager with sports and entertainment industry clients.
Tommy holds a BS in Management from Tulane University in New Orleans and is a Certified Public Accountant. Prior to founding Jacobs Cohen, he worked with Deloitte Touche in Houston and BDO Seidman in Washington, DC. He also currently serves as a venture partner for JVP, an Atlanta-based venture capital fund.

Jay Reisinger
Jay is highly regarded as one of the top sports attorneys in the country. He works with Black Label Sports Group as a Consultant/Legal Advisor and assists with all contract negotiations with NFL teams. He is a partner at Farrell & Reisinger, LLC in Pittsburgh where he manages the sports law practice of the firm. He is a member of the Sports Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association’s Sports and Entertainment Law Committee, the American Bar Association, and is a MLB Certified Player Agent.
